Millpond Web

Websites for salons and barbershops in Waukesha County

New clients want to know three things before they book: what you do, roughly what it costs, and how to get a spot. Your site should answer all three and hand them straight to your booking link.

What a salon or barbershop site needs

A clear "Book now" that goes to your booking app

If you already take appointments through a booking app, the most useful thing a website can do is send people there in one tap. We put the button at the top of the page and again after your services. If you're walk-in only, we say so plainly with your hours.

Services and starting prices

Cuts, color, highlights, fades, beard trims, kids' cuts, brows, nails: a simple list with "starting at" prices answers the question most people are too shy to call about. You decide whether prices go on the site.

Your stylists or barbers

Clients often follow a person, not just a shop. A short section with each stylist's name, a photo and what they love doing helps a new client pick, and lets returning clients find who they want. Only with each person's OK.

Your work, in photos

Before-and-after and finished-look photos sell better than any description. Send phone photos (with clients' permission) and we add them in a gallery that stays fast on a phone.

Policies, said nicely

Walk-ins, cancellations, late arrivals, deposits, kids, parking. Having them on the site saves awkward conversations at the front desk.

Business details search engines can read

We add structured data marking you as a hair salon or barbershop with your address and hours, so search engines get your details right.

What your page would look like

  1. Top: shop name, Book now, hours, Call and Directions
  2. Services: the list with starting prices (optional)
  3. Team: stylists or barbers with photos
  4. Gallery: your work
  5. Policies and visit: walk-ins, cancellations, address, parking, hours

What it costs

We build it first and you look at it for free. If you want it: $49 a month or $490 a year, with hosting, your domain, and updates (new stylists, price changes, holiday hours) included. 3-month minimum, then cancel any time. Pricing details

Salon questions

I already have a booking app with a profile page. Do I need a website?

A booking profile is great for booking, but it's the app's page, not yours. A website on your own domain is what your Google listing can point to, it can show your full story and team, and it still sends people to the app to book.

A stylist left. How fast can you take them off?

Email us and we update the team section. Staff changes are part of the plan.

Do I have to show prices?

No. Some shops list starting prices, some say "ask at booking". Your call.
